The website may collect full name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message content submitted through the contact form.
Purposes
Data is used only to reply to user requests, assess the content of the communication and manage any subsequent professional relationship.
Legal basis
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, the possible performance of a professional relationship and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations. The privacy checkbox documents acknowledgement of this notice and consent to the processing needed to be contacted.
Retention
Contact form requests are retained for up to 12 months if they do not lead to an assignment. If a professional relationship starts, data needed to manage the assignment may be retained for the period required by applicable civil, tax, accounting and professional obligations, generally up to 10 years. Technical security logs may be retained only for the time necessary for service security and operation.
Data subject rights
The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and data portability where provided by applicable law.
Third-party services
The static website may be hosted on Netlify and the contact form may be handled through Netlify Forms. Form submissions may therefore also be processed by Netlify as a technical service provider. The initial website configuration does not include Google Analytics and does not embed Google Maps: it only provides an external link to Google Maps.
Cookies and consent
Cookie use and consent management are described in the Cookie Policy. In this first version, no analytics or tracking cookies are enabled without consent.
