A Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been appointed, as this is not required for the current website configuration.

Data processed

Through the contact form, the website collects full name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message content. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary data, special categories of personal data or sensitive information that is not relevant to the request.

During browsing, technical data necessary for website operation and security may also be processed, such as IP address, date and time of the request, visited page, user agent and technical logs generated by the hosting systems.

Purposes

Data is processed to reply to user requests, assess the content of the communication, organize an initial contact, prepare any preliminary assessment and manage any subsequent professional relationship.

Technical browsing data is processed to publish the website, ensure security and availability, prevent abuse, spam or unauthorized access and comply with any legal obligations.

Legal basis

For requests submitted through the contact form, the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and, if an assignment is established, the performance of the professional relationship. For tax, accounting, civil and professional obligations, the legal basis is compliance with legal obligations. For security, abuse prevention and protection of IT systems, the legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest.

The checkbox in the form documents acknowledgement of this notice; it is not used to enable marketing, newsletters, profiling or promotional communications.

Retention

Contact form requests are retained for up to 12 months if they do not lead to an assignment. If a professional relationship starts, data needed to manage the assignment may be retained for the period required by applicable civil, tax, accounting and professional obligations, generally up to 10 years. Technical security logs may be retained only for the time necessary for service security and operation.

Provision of data

Providing data through the form is optional, but full name, email, subject, message and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy are necessary to submit the request and receive a reply. The phone number is optional.

Recipients and technical providers

Data may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary for website operation, in particular Netlify for hosting, deployment, security and contact form handling. These providers operate according to their respective privacy roles and contractual terms.

The current website configuration does not use newsletters, reserved areas, payment systems, remarketing, advertising pixels or Google Analytics.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some technical providers, such as Netlify, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are based on safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other applicable measures.

Data subject rights

The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and data portability where provided by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR. Requests may be sent to ingdifonzo@gmail.com.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority through www.garanteprivacy.it.
